Golden Palms Beach Resort and Lodge is situated approximately 480km North of Maputo and 30km South of Inhambane’s coastline. The road leading to the lodge is a dirt road and accessible by vehicles with a 2×4 diff lock configuration or a 4×4 vehicle both with well-deflated tyres.
From Pretoria/Johannesburg take the N4 towards Witbank/Nelspruit. Pass Nelspruit and head towards the Komatipoort border on the N4. Once through the border, follow the road to Maputo and be on the lookout for the signs just before Maputo directing towards Inhambane and Xai-Xai, take this road (EN1). At the town Lindela the road splits, take the right towards Inhambane. Shortly before Inhambane, you will notice signs for Guinjane, take this turnoff (dirt road) to the right and drive approximately 24km on this gravel road towards Golden Palms Beach Resort and Lodge .
At the fuel station, branch to the left and follow the road. (Deflate your tyres at this point.) You will pass a couple of resorts and will then reach Golden Palms Beach Resort and Lodge on your left, about 4 km from the fuelling station.
Our Reservation Policy
A 50% reservation deposit fee is required to confirm your booking. Payable within 24 hours.
Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of this quotation. The 50% balance is strictly payable 60
days prior to arrival. If the balance is not received by that date, we shall be entitled at our discretion to
treat your booking as cancelled.
No access will be allowed to guests with outstanding amounts payable.
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, the following policy is applicable:
◾ Amendment to a reservation involving the arrival and departure dates is the same as a cancellation.
◾ Should a booking be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival the 50% reservation deposit fee will be forfeited.
◾ If a booking is cancelled within less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking fee will be
forfeited.
◾ Should we be able to re-sell the chalet, a 25% administration fee will be charged based on your total
booking fee.
